Our Buddy-a-Thon fundraiser has been absolutely AMAZING—and it’s all thanks to YOU! We've seen incredible participation and support for this important fundraiser. So many students have shared their excitement for their Golden Ticket prizes, and are now looking forward to the upcoming “Stuffing Party,” where they will bring their Buddies to life, receive their fun outfits, and so much more!
As we head into the final stretch, we want to remind everyone that our Buddy-a-Thon will end on [End Date of Your Program]. If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time and it’s super quick and easy to join in the FUN!
Register here: https://themegablast.com/join/SpringsideElementary
Once registered, be sure to share your student’s donation page with 10+ friends and family via email or text. This simple step can lead to BIG smiles through small, meaningful contributions! Students can receive a colorable cinch bag, a plush Buddy of their choice, choose from an assortment of adorable outfits, and more!
Thank you again for supporting our school and helping us reach our goal. We’re so grateful for our students, parents, and our community.

Firearm Safety Lesson - 6th Grade
In accordance with H.B. 104 we will be having an important lesson about safety, focusing on what to do if your child ever sees a gun. We will not discuss how guns work, but rather, how to stay safe. We will learn and practice these four rules following the L.E.T.’S. Stay Safe model put out by the Utah Attorney General’s Office. We encourage you to please talk with your child about these rules and reinforce the message at home. Remind them that guns are never toys, and it’s always okay to ask an adult for help if they are unsure or feel unsafe. Our counselor, Mr. B, will present this lesson in our 6th grade classrooms next week, March 30th - April 3rd. Please fill out this form ONLY if you do NOT want your child to participate in the firearm safety lesson. Your student’s teacher will have an alternate activity for your child in another classroom if you choose to opt out. If you would like your child to participate in this lesson, you do not need to do anything at this time - DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM.
